In all the 20 years of living here in the city of New York, I never actually had the time to explore the fine dining, warm parks, and beautiful scenery in the Lower East Side, Manhattan. The meaning of the restaurant's name is very interesting, for the fact that it is named after a former police officer and his dedication to serve the city. Its very amazing how the parks and restaurants are nearby each other; which makes it a unique and valuable part about this location.
